We worked with Mehran at Rolm Design for our new home addition/ remodel. He is a very knowledgeable architect and has novel ideas on how to create a high-quality living space which is both beautiful and functional.
He is organized and a great communicator. He communicated his ideas/ designs with us regularly and made sure we were happy with the results. He listened to our questions and concerns and took those into account in his design.
Our project was a major remodel/ addition and thanks to Mehran's accurate design, we got the permit over the counter.
Even after the design was approved, he was available to answer our questions and visited the construction site. Given the amount of time and effort he puts in client's project, his price is quite reasonable. I strongly recommend Mehran as an architect/ designer.

We recently hired Rolm Design to do the architectural design for our house addition and full renovation. Mehran is very professional and easy to work with. Mehran is extremely knowledgeable from a design, cost, and feasibility perspective. I worked with Mehran on a complete teardown/rebuild of an existing single family home to a 90% new home. The main factors I needed addressed were cost concerns while keeping the best design and functionality for resale.
